Tickets are valid for both days of the event and include full access to all sessions, coffee breaks, and conference materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for the Conference?
→By filling in your details at: https://conferenceroad.bg/en/registration-form/. Afterward, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the participation fee at the provided email address.
How is the payment processed?
→Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice, which will be issued after registration and contact with our representative.
Will I receive a physical paper ticket?
→No. Registration for the event will take place on-site during the conference days upon presentation of a valid ID card or passport.
Are there tickets for 1 or 2 days of the event?
→No. Participation is only possible with a full ticket for all days of the conference.
Can I get preferential terms for group visits?
→Please contact us for individual proposals regarding group attendance.
Are there specific requirements or conditions for participants?
→No. There are no special requirements.
Will there be assistance with accommodation and transfers for foreign participants?
→Yes. Contact us for assistance with accommodation and transfers if necessary.
In what language will the conference be held?
→The main sessions will be in Bulgarian and English with simultaneous translation. In other halls, presentations will be in only one of the two languages, depending on the topic and speaker.
Is there a preliminary program for the event?
→Yes. It will be announced on the Conference website www.conferenceroad.bg and on the IRF event page.
What activities are planned within the conference?
→Expect: Speaker panels and discussions, interactive sessions, exhibition area, networking opportunities, workshops, Technical Committee meetings, Cocktail reception, and Gala Dinner.
Will there be catering during the event?
→Yes. During breaks, we will provide: Coffee, tea, soft drinks, light catering, lunch, Cocktail reception for all participants (June 3), and Gala Dinner by reservation (June 4).
