Rules for preparing a proceedings paper

I. Publication in separate edition of „IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering“

• The process of uploading, editing and reviewing papers is done through Morressier platform.
• The publications are written in English.
• Each author can submit up to two articles.
• It is mandatory that at least one of the co-authors is present at the event.
• Subjects:
  1. Road safety
  2. Sustainable materials
  3. Technologies and digitalization
  4. Geotechnics
  5. Road and Railway engineering
  6. Bridges and tunnels
  7. Urban planning and smart cities

All papers must fall under the scope of „IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering“ which can be seen here.

NB: The final review and acceptance of all the proceedings is done by IOP.

• Recommended length – eight pages, using the template.

• Deadlines:

15.05.2023 г. – Submission of title and abstract to conference@institute-tsi.com
22.05.2023 г. – Confirmation of acceptance of title and abstract. 
31.07.2023 г. – Uploading the papers at Morressier.
01.09.2023 г. – Final confirmation of acceptance of the paper (including reviewing, editing and corrections by the author, if necessary).

II. Publication in anthology of XVI National Transport Infrastructure Conference with International Participation, referenced at National Centre for Information and Documentation

• The papers are sent to conference@institute-tsi.com
• The publications are written in Bulgarian or English.
• It is mandatory that at least one of the co-authors is present at the event.

• Subjects:

  5. Road and Railway engineering

  8. Standards

• Recommended length – eight pages, using the template.

15.05.2023 г. – Submission of title and abstract.
22.05.2023 г. – Confirmation of acceptance of title and abstract. 
31.07.2023 г. – Sending the papers. 01.09.2023 г. – Final confirmation of acceptance of the paper (including reviewing, editing and corrections by the author, if necessary).
