GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN
„XIII National Transport Infrastructure Conference with International Participation“

I. PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Venue and time of the event
October 07 – 09, 2021; Bulgaria, Nessebar, „Sol Nessebar Palace“ Hotel /5 stars/
3. Participation right
All persons who have registered and paid the participation fee have the right to participate in the conference.
Participants in the conference are those persons who have paid the participation fee.
Each participant should register for participation through a request submitted through the event's website (https://conferenceroad.bg/). After completing the registration information, the system generates and sends a pro forma invoice to the e-mail address given from the registering participant. By registering at the website and making a payment, the participant agrees to the general terms and conditions.
6. Participation fees
6.1. The conference participation fee for one person is:
260 EUR without VAT, if payment is made by 27.08.2021 /including/
325 EUR without VAT, if payment is made by 24.09.2021 /including/
390 EUR without VAT, if payment is made after 24.09.2021
6.2. The amount under item 6.1 includes the cost of:
а) Participation in the conference;
б) 2 nights at „Sol Nessebar Palace“ Hotel /5 stars/;
в) Hotel meals /All Inclusive/.
6.3. The participation fee is not refundable under any conditions after it has been paid.
6.4. The amount under item 6.1 does not include any costs such as:
а) Expenses for visas, invitations, transfers from the hotel;
б) Additional nights and services at the hotel at the request of the participant, other than those under item 6.2.
7. Receiving advertising materials
Participants, who have paid the fee by September 24, 2021, will receive an individual badge and an official advertising folder at the conference. Participants (or exchanged participants), who have paid the fee after September 24, 2021, will receive a blank badge /without their name/ and an official advertising folder at the conference.
II. ACCOMMODATION AND STAY AT THE HOTEL
/1/ Check-in is after 12:00 o'clock on October 7, 2021, and check-out is until 10:00 o'clock on October 9, 2021.
/2/ Guests are accommodated at the main hotel on arrival. If the accommodation is exhausted at certain point, the next guests will be accommodated in the neighboring hotel, part of the same complex.
The participation fee covers hotel meals /breakfast, lunch, dinner/ from October 07, 2021 /dinner/ until October 09, 2021 /breakfast/, at the main restaurant.
